Brenna Parker is an award-winning strategic communications leader and creative strategist known for shaping national narratives at the highest levels of government.
She has led message development and communications strategy for President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Secretary Pete Buttigieg—as well as for major social movements, corporate initiatives, and cultural icons.
As Digital Director in the White House, Parker architected the Vice President’s digital strategy and led creative operations, overseeing all online messaging, content development, and partnerships. She helped align digital communications with national policy priorities and executive messaging.
During the 2020 presidential campaign, Parker led organic Facebook strategy and website messaging for the Biden campaign, contributing to one of the most successful digital operations in political history.
She also served as a senior communications advisor to Secretary Pete Buttigieg, helping to shape public messaging and storytelling around the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and its implementation across the country.
Parker has directed media and storytelling campaigns for Michelle Obama’s civic initiatives, including Reach Higher, College Signing Day, #DearClassOf2020, and When We All Vote.
She is based in Washington, DC, where she advises mission-driven organizations on narrative development and strategic communications.
